Steve’s Answer:
There is no requirement for GS-42 in this version of LEED and it was specifically NOT included in LEED-EB:OM because it has virtually zero acceptance in the marketplace at this point and thus it was deemed to be premature to even consider it (it is likely to be reconsidered in 2011). I guess it might be possible to earn an innovation credit for it, but this is often very hard to achieve especially when there is a prerequisite and a bunch of optional points for Green Cleaning.
