I am delighted to hear that you are starting a janitorial company and will focus on “green”.
My simplest recommendations are for you to consider attending the Building Services Contractors Association International’s annual convention, especially if you are new to the industry. This I think would be very helpful to you and you can learn more about it at www.bscai.org.
The other simple thing is for you to purchase a copy of our book Green Cleaning for Dummies. It covers a host of issues from putting the program together, key groups to be aware of, who the early adopters are, etc. You can get it off of our website at www.AshkinGroup.com.
